The Capital Equipment Group (CEG) is a division of Invicta Holdings Ltd headed by Tony Sinclair, CEO, which consists of a number of divisions and companies focusing on the importation and distribution of Capital Equipment with a distribution network of over 152 outlets covering all aspects of distribution in the different sectors of the markets in which it trades. The Capital Equipment Group has within in its fold the biggest agricultural equipment suppliers in South Africa and represent many well-known world brands.

	New Holland - Agriculture New Holland are leaders in the markets in which they are represented and are distributors of New Holland agricultural tractors, combine harvesters, Braud Grape harvesters, Santa Isabel tileage through 82 wholesale outlets and 3 owned branches. New Holland are leaders in the Braud Grape harvesters market in South Africa.		CSE - Construction and Turf Distributors of Case construction equipment sourced from all over the world, Jacobsen/Ransome Turf equipment for golf courses and Club Car golf cars. Distribution is through 5 outlets well position in the 5 major cities in the country.
	Northmec - Agriculture The oldest Agricultural full line equipment supplier in South Africa formed in 1869 which has 15 owned branches and 35 dealers, all well positioned in the main crop growing areas in the country to support the farmers. The division represents, CASEIH tractors and combine harvesters as well as many other types of agricultural equipment, Welger balers, Baldan tileage equipment, Jacto spraying equipment, Sitrex rakes, Storti feed mixers, Lely hay equipment, Geringhoff maize headers, Franco Frabil Sunflowers headers. Northmec are specialists and market leaders in the Combine Harvester market.		Criterion - Forklifts Distributors of TCM forklifts sourced from Japan. The TCM brand is well known in South Africa and is supported through 7 company owned outlets.
	Doosan - Construction Distributors of Doosan earthmoving equipment and Everdigm impact hammers distributed through 3 owned branches and 5 wholesale outlets.		Cartcom - Golf Car Hire A golf car (golf courses) rental company with over 1000 cars in its fleet having contracts with most of the major golf courses in the country and the Million Dollar Golf tournament each year.
	Landbou Part – Replacement parts Distributor of MF, JD ,Perkins and other tractor spare parts for agricultural tractors		ESP - Caterpillar Machinery parts ESPA is a leading South African multi-brand distributor which specialises in the procurement and distribution of high quality aftermarket replacement parts, including ground engaging tools and undercarriage for earthmoving equipment, parts for Caterpillar, Komatsu and other earthmoving equipment, parts for diesel engines and the repair of undercarriage for earthmoving machinery. The Company serves the aftermarket parts industry through an extensive network of branches (8) and distributors (5) throughout South Africa, Botswana, Nambia and Swaziland. ESPA also offers a complete undercarriage reconditioning service from its 3 central workshops based in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. These workshops are able to undertake all reconditioning required for undercarriages, buckets, booms and blades for earthmoving equipment
